Last wednesday jye and rainne brough me to fitness first at island plaza.
wooot~ first time to there. the club look so hi-tech and fancy.
especially the changing room, haha. I like it so much.
We tried out many equipment: the cycling, streching thingy, runnig, paddle one, bouncing ball and others dont know what it call.
can see ang mo and muscular man at there. 
Later, we went to the sauna and steam. My first time to steam room also,
it was really hot! but nice, can sweat non-stop.
After bath, took alots of photo over there.
Because I like the lighting at the dressing table and in the small changing room so much. =)
dont say I dint warn you, below photos are siao siao.
